Returns & Exchanges

Our pieces are made to order with care—because beauty deserves intention.

At Velaré, each piece is handcrafted just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that finding the perfect piece sometimes takes a second try. We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy Details:

• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
• Custom, made-to-measure, or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
• The client is responsible for return shipping. We will provide the insured shipping label and cover it with your store credit.
