Velaré Shipping Policy

 

At Velaré, we take great care to ensure your order is handled with the attention and care it deserves. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer — estimated production times will be noted on the product page.


Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

We offer fully insured overnight shipping with FEDEX. In rare cases, it may be two day shipping. 

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.


International Shipping


We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note:


  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.


Shipping Issues

 

Velaré is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist in locating a package or filing a claim when possible.


Delivery Address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to make a change after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at concierge@velarejewels.com.
